Join us for a special Winter Solstice inspired pop-up session as we gather together around the warmth of the fire to celebrate the changing seasons and reconnect with nature. Held on the day after the Winter Solstice, this session will be filled with winter-themed crafts, nature play, seasonal activities and opportunities for families to slow down and embrace the magic of the colder months.
Together we will explore the significance of the Winter Solstice — the shortest day and longest night of the year — and what this moment has represented for people and nature for generations. In the natural world, winter is a season of rest and dormancy, where plants and ecosystems pause to conserve energy before the renewal of spring. It is a gentle reminder that rest, stillness and reflection are also an important part of our own rhythm.
This gathering offers a grounding opportunity to pause, connect with community, practice self-care, reflect on the year that has been and set intentions for the season ahead. Expect cosy fireside moments, hands-on creative experiences and meaningful time spent outdoors immersed in nature.
